Purchaser assumes all liability and responsibility for operating our products according to any local, state, or federal laws pertaining to the use of some of the features of our products. Purchaser is aware that limitations may include commercial solicitations and/or delivering outbound recorded telephone messages to homes and businesses without the prior express consent of the called party. A violation of any such laws may result in significant penalties and other sanctions. Any person intending to use this product for solicitation purposes should consult with their own counsel, prior to purchasing or using this product, to determine the extent of permissible solicitation activities. Purchaser agrees to use our product in accordance with all local, state and federal laws. AMT/ AMT Group will not be responsible for any illegal direct or indirect use of its products. Purchaser will hold AMT/ AMT Group harmless from any litigation or claims against Purchaser for any reason whatsoever.

RETURN POLICY

Return policy conditions: You must get the TelePC system back to us within 30 days from the date you receive it for a 100% refund within 30 days if you fax the original phone statement from your local phone company as proof that you made at least 25,000 calls/contacts on a 2 line or 50,000 calls/contacts on each 4 line or 100,000 calls/contacts on each 8 line or 150,000 calls/contacts on each 12 line kit/system. All verified returns without a valid RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #- call us to get one) will not be accepted and will be refused. No returns allowed on Leases, Leases are non-cancellable. Defective parts are fixed or replaced according to it factory warranty-no returns or refunds allowed. It is your responsibility to read the manual and make sure that the system is in good working order the day you receive it. Once the order is placed it is non-cancellable. No credit card or check refund will be issued unless all the return policy conditions are in compliance.
